As part of your open water diving exploration, you will surely want to do freediving with basic equipment. AQUASUB has the ideal program for freediver courses.

Freediving is about inner power, discipline and control. If you have always wanted to enter the underwater world peacefully, on your own terms, staying as long as your breathing allows, then freediving is for you. Taking the PADI Freediver course is your first step to discover why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore beneath the waves.

To enroll in a PADI Freediver course you must be at least 15 years old. You need proper swimming techniques and be in good physical health. No previous experience in freediving or snorkeling is required.

Are you under 15 years old? From 12 years old you can enroll in the PADI Basic Freediver course and from eight years old in the PADI Skin Diver course.

Learning rescue skills means being prepared to handle an emergency in the best way possible, and this course is the first step in professional diving education.

Divers describe the PADI Rescue Diver course as the most challenging, yet most rewarding course they've ever taken. Why? Because you learn how to prevent and manage problems in the water and become a more confident diver with your skills, knowing that you can help others if they need it. During the course, you learn to become a better buddy by practicing problem-solving techniques until they become second nature. Plus, the course is fun – but serious, while still allowing for plenty of laughter centered on learning.

PADI (Junior) Advanced Open Water Divers who are at least 12 years old and have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive can enroll in the Rescue Diver course. You also need to have Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the last 24 months. You can complete this training during the Rescue Diver course. As part of the rescue diver training at Aquasub we offer you the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider diving specialty course at the same time.

NOTE: The online course covers the Crew Pak or digital material of the candidate, the entire theoretical component, when purchasing it the dive center will charge additional costs for open water preparation. By purchasing only the digital manual it does not cover any component described above, and you must complete your training with a PADI dive center.
